I’m excited to announce the launch of a new program – The RX Athlete Cross-Training Programming course. It is the last in my RX series. It is also the last Cross-Training specific program I’ll be building. It is my magnum opus of Cross-Training, if you will.
I started the RX series to add my own take on accessory strength programming for Cross-Training.
First, I launched the Cross-Training Gymnastics program. This program addressed the problem I saw so often at the gym. People diligently going to Cross-Training for months or years but still having trouble performing the basic body weight movements like pull ups, dips, and muscle ups.
Then, I launched the Cross-Training Barbell program. This was my take on how I think barbell training should be done in addition to Cross-Training.
This last program, the RX Athlete program, combines both of those into one program.
