I’m excited to announce the launch of a new program – The RX Athlete CrossFit Programming course. It is the last in my RX series. It is also the last CrossFit specific program I’ll be building. It is my magnum opus of CrossFit, if you will.
I started the RX series to add my own take on accessory strength programming for CrossFit.
First, I launched the CrossFit Gymnastics program. This program addressed the problem I saw so often at the gym. People diligently going to CrossFit for months or years but still having trouble performing the basic body weight movements like pull ups, dips, and muscle ups.
Then, I launched the CrossFit Barbell program. This was my take on how I think barbell training should be done in addition to CrossFit.
This last program, the RX Athlete program, combines both of those into one program.
