The RX crossfit gymnastics program is a online guided training plan to help you RX CrossFit WOD’s that have kipping pull ups, push ups, pistols, ring dips, handstand push ups, and muscle ups.  By the end of it you will be able to do any WOD that has those movements.

The cost of the course is a one-time payment. It is NOT a recurring payment.

As you develop through the levels and complete lessons you’ll be able to easily track your progrss with your own gymnastics progress bar that goes from 0 to 100%. This provides a simple yet effective way to keep motivation levels high

90 HD MOVEMENT VIDEOS

Not sure how to do one of our 7 variations of a self-assisted pull-up using a squat rack? Not a problem. We have you covered with a full movement library covering all progressions in the program.

LEVEL UP METHOD

The RX CrossFit Gymnastics Program uses my Level Up Method. The Level Up Method breaks down movements into 5 levels. Each level has programming for the level of maturity an athlete has in that movement. Each level also has a specific goal that once reached you move to the next level.

ONLINE PROGRAM

Once you join you’ll have your own account to access anytime. Instance access. Available 24/7/365. No expiration date. Additionally, you can access from your phone, desktop, or tablet. This will allow you to check your workouts while at the gym!

BEFORE OR AFTER WOD

All workouts are done either before or after your usual CrossFit training. They take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. You can pick to do them twice a week or all the way up to six times a week.

PROGRAM PREVIEW

The program can be accessed online anytime from your desktop, tablet, or mobile. Checkout the preview to read the introduction and level 1 movements progressions.

HD MOVEMENT VIDEO LIBRARY

Included in the program is over 90 Movement demos shot at a CrossFit Affiliate. All equipment should be available at most gyms. Every single progression in the program has a video like these.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

There is an all too frequent occurrence I see with people who are starting their CrossFit journey. After months (or even years) of training, these beginners struggle to make material progress with their gymnastic movements. The result is having to scale WOD’s. The reason this problem exists is that most CrossFit Affiliate programming doesn’t account progressing gymnastic capacity in a disciplined way.

The RX crossfit gymnastics program addresses this deficiency by providing a structured program to supplement a standard CrossFit programming you’ll find at most boxes.

Success in this program is measured in progressing you to the point where you can do the following movements in your WOD’s.

  • Kipping Pull Ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Handstand Push Ups
  • Muscle Ups
  • Pistols

When muscle up are programmed, you can do it. When HSPU’s come up, you can do it. When pull-ups up, you can do them…And so on and so forth.

    Helps me reach my gymnastics goals

    I have been a training as a bodybuilder most of my live and been training Crossfit for 2 years now. I’m strong in the lifts but have been struggling with gymnastics. In the box I missed a structured approach to better myself in this area, so I started looking online for answers. I found the Gymnastic program that Chris is offering and it is helping me immensely. There was a clear starting point for my level of performance and by following the programming I’m now doing handstand pushups and muscle ups, which I never thought I would be able to archieve and best of all I’m enjoying the journey intensely!

    I started Crossfit a year ago. I have progressed pretty well with the lifts but I have definitely struggled when it came to Gymnastics. My Box is great but there is not a lot of time for skill work and I felt I needed a more methodical set of movement progressions to get me where I could RX a WOD that included gymnastics. Enter Chris and the RX Gymnastics Course. Wow, I love the Level Up Progression method that Chris has put together. It’s the perfect compliment to my Box’s programming. I’m getting stronger everyday and I’m progressing through the movements. I can actually see how I’ll be able to progress to doing a ring muscle up.

    I have been using the RX Gymnastics program for a couple of months in my box for both myself and my athletes and it has far exceeded my expectations. I searched far and wide for a definitive gymnastics program geared specifically for CrossFit and the RX Gymnastics program from Chris is the best I’ve found ANYWHERE.

    Even my beginner athletes who can’t do 1 bodyweight strict pull up are achieving this goal in a matter weeks, not months. It is laid out with easy to follow instructions, programming, objectives and scaling for every degree of athlete from the CrossFit newbie to the experienced fire breathers.

    Even if you can already do all the gymnastics required of CrossFit, this program will make you better in no time and will have your beginners achieving their first bodyweight pull up safely and quickly.

    This is such an amazing program for any CrossFitter that wants to work on their gymnastics strength/ skill. Progressions are simple to follow and unlike other gymanstic programs, these don’t tax you to a point that they affect your regular programming. Also, as a coach, it helps you create unique programming for your athletes, regardless of where they are with pullups, ring dips, handstand pushups, and muscle ups. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

    I heard about CrossFit from a colleague. It was whole body soreness when I first started CrossFit. But soreness apart, I really enjoyed it.     RX course is a great option for intense, fun workouts that aren’t quite at that CrossFit level. One of the best decisions I have ever made and stuck with this Rx CrossFit Gymnastics Fitness Course.
