LEVEL UP METHOD
The RX CrossFit Gymnastics Program uses my Level Up Method. The Level Up Method breaks down movements into 5 levels. Each level has programming for the level of maturity an athlete has in that movement. Each level also has a specific goal that once reached you move to the next level.

BEFORE OR AFTER WOD
All workouts are done either before or after your usual CrossFit training. They take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. You can pick to do them twice a week or all the way up to six times a week.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
There is an all too frequent occurrence I see with people who are starting their CrossFit journey. After months (or even years) of training, these beginners struggle to make material progress with their gymnastic movements. The result is having to scale WOD’s. The reason this problem exists is that most CrossFit Affiliate programming doesn’t account progressing gymnastic capacity in a disciplined way.
The RX crossfit gymnastics program addresses this deficiency by providing a structured program to supplement a standard CrossFit programming you’ll find at most boxes.
Success in this program is measured in progressing you to the point where you can do the following movements in your WOD’s.

When muscle up are programmed, you can do it. When HSPU’s come up, you can do it. When pull-ups up, you can do them…And so on and so forth.
