Cross-Training Programs & Workouts
These CrossFit Programs are available online through this website using beautiful software. That means no more fussing with blog posts, PDF’s, or forums for your accessory CrossFit programming.
From 2006 to 2013 I lived in breathed CrossFit. I coached full-time for a living and worked with thousands of people as my time as .a in-person training. As an athlete, I competed in the games, regionals, and open. Before that, I completed an undergrad in Exercise Science. These CrossFit Programs summarize my learnings from those years in Crossfit both as a trainer and athlete.
Each program is designed to guide trainees to be able to RX WOD’s. For example, do you struggle doing kipping pull-ups, handstand push ups, or muscle ups? Well, then the Gymnastics Program or Athlete program could help solve that.
Each cross-training workout & cross-training program is also designed to be done in addition to your current training. So if you train at home garage gym or cross-training affiliate you can do the workouts before or after your other training.
Each program is also designed for Men, Women, or Beginners.
