Bodyweight Workouts for Women, Men, and Beginners
Each body weight program is designed to be used by women, men, and beginners. If you want to see if your current strength level is appropriate you can go to the program and read the description. There it will outline in detail who the program is best suited for.
Bodyweight Workouts for Gym or Home?
Depending on the program, you’ll need access to different types of equipment. Generally speaking, each program will require some sort of equipment. I’ve designed each one to be done at any commercial gym. IF you’re gym doesn’t have equipment for a certain exercise, feel free to open up at chat and I’ll help you find a substitute.
