Being a fitness geek, I’m not satisfied with conventional fitness advice. A contrarian to the core. I like to dig deep in order to unravel patterns in conventional fitness advice. I then apply those new learnings to things like fitness, health, longevity, aesthetics, and strength.

This decoupling of conventional fitness trends comes with it various forms of insights, clarity, and connections of disassociated ideas in the realm of Fitness. These insights are then put forth as blog posts and fitness programs on this site – both for your pleasure and my own.
