CrossFit RX Athlete Program


The RX Athlete Program is a strength training program to get you strong enough to RX any WOD that comes up. It combines the RX Gymnastics and RX Barbell program into one training program!

Do you scale workouts because it's too heavy or have something like pull-ups and handstand push-ups? The RX Athlete program is a holistic and elegant strength training program for individuals who want to get stronger so that they can RX CrossFit workouts. It doesn’t matter if it is kipping pull-ups or thrusters. The RX Athlete program will get any athlete to the point where they can walk into a CrossFit workout and be confident they can write a big fat RX next to their name on the whiteboard.

As you develop through the levels and complete lessons you’ll be able to easily track your progrss with your own gymnastics progress bar that goes from 0 to 100%. This provides a simple yet effective way to keep motivation levels high


Not sure how to do one of our 7 variations of a self-assisted pull-up using a squat rack? Not a problem. We have you covered with a full library covering all movement progressions that you’ll always have access to


You’ll have your own username and password to access your personal digital course where you can track your progress through the levels. In addition, there is no expiration date for the the course so you can access it however long you like.


The training goal for RX Athlete program is to quickly and efficiently progress you to the point where you can RX any CrossFit WOD.


The entire purpose of this program is to get you strong enough to RX the daily WOD’s. That’s the goal. Actually, it’s the only goal. The sole purpose of this program is to progress your barbell and gymnastics aptitude and ability to the point where you can RX most standard WOD’s that come in standard programming more quickly than if you were to do CrossFit by itself.


The RX Athlete program is designed to be used in conjunction with your current CrossFit training. In the lesson plans, we’ll develop a custom program that you can follow to get stronger at the movements you’ll need to RX CrossFit WOD’s. As you progress through each movement, we’ll adjust your program based off of your level of development, stalling, and how many workouts you plan to do a week.

The RX Athlete program utilizes over 100 gymnastics movement variations so you’ll be in good stead with this library. In addition, I’ve included a weightlifting movement library that I helped create back when I coached at CrossFit One World.

    The RX Athlete program was just what I was looking for. A complement to the WODs that took me closer to the RX weights a little faster than by just doing the WODs. It is a very well thought through program that anyone can go through regardless of current level of skills. It starts with a test to se where you at so everyone starts at a valid level. Who is it for? Well if you one of them cruising through the WODs at RX weight it is probably not for you, but for everyone else I think this is a very good program for the money spend and I am convinced that it will take you all the way if you ready to do the work.
