This is broken down into 24 grams protein, 20 grams carbohydrates, and 34 grams of fat. Though the portions are a little off, this is close to a 3 block meal. Not to bad for In & Out. You can also do this at other fast food places by asking them to wrap the burger in letuce and not a bun.

How to get people to do Crossfit? I tell them that it is the most intense workout they'll ever love, BUT all levels of people do it, everything can be scaled, your coaches will work with and never judge you, and the camaraderie is worth its weight in gold and will keep you coming back for more.
