Ok, well this isn’t a recipe but sometimes (for me to much) you just dont want to cook but want something within minutes. Its good to have easy meals on hand so you can quench your craving with a zone balanced meal opposed to what your body is telling you you think you need, which is a big insulin packed treat.

Ingredients:
- 4 oz tuna Tuna
in water – Make sure it is water not oil based -
- 3 teaspoons of Jack Daniels Dijon Mustard (Mixed with tuna) – adding some relish is a nice addition
- 1 apple
- 1 bag broccoli
- Nuts – adjust according to type of nut and your fat perscription
