Ground beef, mini peppers, apple, merlot, almonds

This is a first post of many like this. They will be very simple and to the point. It will include a picture of the meal and a break down of the blocks at the bottom.

4 blocks w/ 2x fat

  • 4 oz ground beef = 4 blocks protein & 2 blocks fat
  • 7 oz mini peppers = 1 block carb
  • 1/2 apple = 1 block carb
  • 2 cups merlot = 2 blocks
  • 36 almonds = 6 blocks fat
