Chris, just wanted to point you to my blog:
brianpcf.wordpress.com.
I’m really getting dialed in on the Zone per Robb Wolf’s recommendations from his “The Zone: Too Many Carbs” thread and his article “42 Ways to Skin the Zone”.
So wanted to throw that out there as a resource for people.

Brian,
Looks good. Good to see others who find it useful to be anal about their nutrition intake
. I have read both of those articles by Rob and they helped me get dialed in. Per “42 ways to skin the zone” I generally try and get in my biggest meal post work out. Although he advocates to get more carbs post work out I just haven’t done that yet, so I settle with a big meal. I added your link at the bottom for people to check out. Thanks!
I’m in the same boat with not bumping up carbs as much as Rob says to. I might tweak this a little, but focus right now is leaning out.
Hope my blog helps people out. I did my share of messing it up trying to still eat paleo friendly fatty meats on the front end, but my math is solid now so hopefully people can learn from my mistakes.
